Insurances have different benefits. Subscribers should check with Member Services of their insurance for specific questions about coverage. There is usually a toll free number on the insurance identification card for assistance. For those in the workforce, questions can also be directed to the employer's Human Resources or Personnel departments.

For programs and fees that are not part of an insurance benefit, ERN may be paid directly. All payments may be made by check (payable to Eastern Rehabilitation Network) or with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
