The Hartford Hospital Rehabilitation Network (HHRN), formerly Eastern Rehabilitation Network, was founded in 1995 and has evolved into a premier full service physical rehabilitation, sports medicine and health & wellness provider in Connecticut.

The network has 15 outpatient clinics that provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology and athletic training services.  Our highly skilled staff work with people who have acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and those who are interested in injury prevention and/or personal fitness.  

 

 

HHRN is accredited by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. 

 

 

The Hartford Hospital Rehabilitation Network collaborates with its Hartford HealthCare outpatient rehabilitation partners at The Hospital of Central Connecticut and Windham Hospital. These 22 clinics provide musculoskeletal and neuromuscular treatment as well as a number of specialty services.
