Outcomes
At ERN we continually evaluate our patient outcomes as well as our patient satisfaction.

The results document patients' reports of function and symptoms as well as their satisfaction with our services and their progress. We are proud to share these outcomes with referral sources, payers and patients.
Highlights of Patient Satsifaction Results for 2010
• 97.7% of patients were very satisfied with our staff
• 95.7% of patients were very satisfied with our facilities
• 87.8% of patients were very satisfied with their rehabilitation results
• 95.1% of patients were satisfied with their involvement in their treatment plans
• 85.2% of patients were completely recovered/mostly improved in their ability to perform functional activities
• 64% of patients were female and 36% were male
Ninety eight percent (98%) of patients would recommend ERN to a family member or friend.
