EDUCATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS
ERN’s extensive educational program ensures that personnel stay current in their respective specialties. We offer over 150 hours of clinical education to our staff annually.
A variety of courses is offered to appeal to all clinical disciplines in all rehabilitation settings. Courses have included: McKenzie, Mulligan, Best Practices in Home Care, Interpretation of Instrumental Swallowing Assessments, Geriatrics, Aquatic Therapy Training, Chain Reaction Concepts, Clinical Aspects of Sports Medicine, Cyriax, and The Art and Science of Forearm/Elbow Splinting.
Additionally, the Clinical Practicum Series (CPS) is held monthly. This program features physican lectures or seminars with clinicians who have specialty training.
For support professionals there are offerings throughout the year on such topics as customer service, billing and coding, and computer skills.
