CORE STABILIZATION EXERCISES  

Core stabilization exercises are designed to strengthen and stretch the trunk, abdominal, hip and back muscles. These exercises support the mechanical function of the whole body. These exercises differ from “traditional” types of exercise – for example, patients may use a ball or a roll to achieve their goals.
