WHO WE ARE
Eastern Rehabilitation Network (ERN), one of the largest rehabilitation companies in Connecticut, is the rehabilitation arm of the Hartford Healthcare system. Through its owned and contracted businesses, ERN provides rehabilitation services across the continuum - acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, subacute rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient centers, and in community settings such as senior centers, work sites, and schools and colleges.
ERN offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, sports medicine, and health & wellness programs. Our highly skilled staff work with people who have acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases as well as those who are interested in injury prevention and/or personal fitness. We have the resources and expertise to cover the entire spectrum of diagnoses.
