Insurance and Program Payment
Eastern Rehabilitation Network is a participating provider with most insurance, managed care and workers' compensation plans. We invoice insurance companies directly whenever possible. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment. Most insurance plans require a co-pay for services and this is collected at each appointment. For programs and fees that are not part of an insurance benefit, ERN may be paid directly. ERN accepts cash, checks (payable to Eastern Rehabilitation Network), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
